We collect your name, email address, and other relevant contact details.
To notify you quickly once we find your part, arrange delivery, and address any timing concerns. For large items we also need a contact person's full name, direct phone number, and email.
Only authorised team members can access your data, and all staff are bound by strict terms of service. Violations result in immediate termination.
Personal information is encrypted using SSL, payment security uses bank-level encryption, and billing details are verified before processing. Confirmation emails are sent for accuracy, and orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Some anonymous data may be used to improve the website.
