Every part we sell carries a warranty built to be simple and comprehensive. The full terms are set out below — nothing buried in fine print.

We stand behind the parts we sell.

Every eligible OEM used part is warranty-backed from purchase. If a covered part fails during its warranty period, contact our support team for the claim process. Coverage applies to the part itself; labor costs are excluded.

Standard on all eligible OEM used parts from the purchase date.

Engines & transmissions

Set by the age of the unit, confirmed at the time of purchase.

Coverage overview
Covers damaged parts and items sent in error.
Coverage applies to the part only — labor costs are excluded.
We'll repair or replace a damaged part, or issue a full refund if none is available.
Engines & transmissions: 60–90 days, based on the age of the unit.
Regular parts: covered for 90 days from purchase.
Important information
Verify the part you need with an experienced mechanic before ordering.
Order cancellations may incur a 25% restocking fee plus deferred shipping.
Incorrectly ordered parts returned are subject to the same 25% fee.
Contact us before returning any part under warranty.
What we guarantee

Where you're protected

Engines — rod knock, cracked blocks, and excessive smoking, for 90 days
Transmissions — correct function at purchase, all gears in good condition
Parts supplied damaged or sent in error
Replacement unit, or a full refund where none is available

Labor costs on any item sold.
Sensors and wiring harnesses.
Carrier bearings and housings.
U-joints, CV joints, and ball joints.
Improper installation or misuse after purchase.
Loss of income, rental fees, or other consequential damages.
Making a claim

Filing a claim

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

Submit all four required items: a diagnostic report, an installation report, video of the issue, and photos of the affected part.

Once the claim is verified, we ship a replacement or issue a refund.
All four documents are mandatory. Claims cannot be processed without them.
